In this guide, you will have access to easy-to-follow meal plans, daily schedules, grocery lists, how to deal with detox symptoms, daily intentions, and much more.
Access to Support Group: We offer the opportunity to join a like-minded community on Facebook where you can exchange information, share tips, questions and support each other on this health journey.
YHN Email Support: We know each person is unique and we want to be there to hold your hand and support your experience, we will offer email support during your detoxing program.
