Daily Coaching
This is by far the most popular option for habit changing especially where weight loss is a major aim. With this option Chloe will tailor a meal plan specifically for you and guide you through the implementation of it. You will work together to find which foods you are reactive to and which foods work best in with your unique chemistry. This program aims to help you discover what foods work best for you. When your body is in balance you will naturally feel strong, healthier and achieve your optimal weight.
Chloe will serve as your coach and motivator along the way. Using daily check ins you will both be able to monitor the subtle fluctuations that occur day to day and pick up patterns. The first month will require the most work and after that it is generally smooth sailing and maintenance.
