In this 90 minute session we will work to address any physical (injuries, pain, mobility issues) and mental (stress, anxiety, depression)issues. We will assess your specific needs and select the yoga practices and techniques best suited to them creating a personalized sequence.
Yoga therapy utilizes yoga practices and techniques to help improve your health and well-being. These include learning how to breathe with more awareness, enhancing your posture and applying meditation techniques to your daily life
