Fall is the season of transition, as we leave the heat of Summer and head to the cold of Winter. It is also a time of the year where our minds might get overwhelmed and we tend to feel burnout. A seasonal cleanse will help you to go through these changes with a healthier mind and body.

Our 1-week Autumn Cleanse will help your body to feel lighter, more energized and eliminate symptoms such as: lack of energy, heaviness, trouble sleeping, headaches, gut problems, and others. Just 1 refreshing week of eating healthy plant-based foods can give your body the tune-up it needs.

“Will I be on a liquid diet all the time?”
Absolutely no. We start the cleanse with rich nutritious light healthy meals for 2 days, and we move to 3 days of liquid diet followed by the last 2 days of healthy solid nutritious meals again.
What is Included
The Menu
The menu for the fall detox is full of fresh, light and delicious seasonal vegetables and fruits. Although the menu is not mostly raw such as our summer menu it has a good balance between light raw meals and more grounding cooked meals. One of our staples in fall are our delicious cooked apples to start your day. The fast includes fresh juices throughout the day and warm soups in the evening. Like all other menus we use many anti-inflammatory herbs and spices to help you feel at your best this season.

Why should I detox?
So here is the thing-- the term 'detox' can be a bit misleading in nutrition. The body already has a wonderful and natural detox process. What we are doing is simplifying our diet for a couple of weeks to include lots of nutrient-dense foods that are easy to digest. We are also encouraging you to remove elements that might contribute to inflammation in the body such as alcohol, refined sugar, processed foods, recreational drugs, and trans fats. We do not believe it is starving you at all. You will feel fed and satisfied with this plan. The aim is just to let your body do its natural thing and boost it with lots of healthy and delicious foods.

The 1-week Autumn Cleanse is plant-based meaning that all the meals are prepared from vegetables, fruits, legumes, healthy grains, and vegetable-derived fats. Eating plant-based for a couple of weeks can be a great way to simplify your meals and lighten the load on digestion. Eating more plant-based is healthy for the body as well as the environment. For a lot of people, it is hard to learn how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their diet. This will give you a large number of recipes to choose from and bring into your everyday life once the detox is over.
